Uniquely, the team also have a sound understanding of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Industry sectors and are adept at assessing risk to ensure that all clients risk exposures are identified and relevant insurances are put in place where required.

Operating out of our head office in London, we are strategically placed for access into Lloyd's and the London Company Market which have long been acknowledged as the world leader for Pharmaceutical Liability placements. Over the years we have not only gained experience in this market sector but have also developed exclusive market relationships which enables us to offer access to specialist insurers that are not available via other insurance brokers.

Richard worked for 14 years with Heath Lambert Insurance Brokers, formerly on the multi-national client servicing division but more recently for 7 years he headed up the specialist pharmaceutical division in London.  During his time he was successful in achieving significant growth by enhanced reputation and increased product lines plus an understanding of multinational placements meant that the scheme was opened up to include  overseas placements.  He has developed, through self teaching, an expert knowledge in the pharmaceutical insurance sector and has some key personal connections with Underwriters who are acknowledged as leaders in this field.

Lorin has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry, most of which were as a Casualty Underwriter at Gerling Insurance where he worked in the UK and International team who were one of the first to write Pharmaceutical Liabilities and Clinical Trials.  Lorin is able to bring an Underwriter viewpoint which has been vital in the development of the teams risk assessment capabilities.

Luke has 9 years insurance broking experience during which time he has dealt with all classes of insurance.  Since joining the Pharmaceutical Team in 2005 Luke has specialised in the placement of Clinical Trials World-wide and has developed an expert knowledge in this high profile class of insurance.

Garry began his insurance career in 1994 with Zurich Australian Insurance Limited. A decision to travel around Europe brought Garry to the UK, and in 2002 he joined Heath Lambert as an account handler, placing commercial insurances within the London Market.  His final role at Heath Lambert before joining Windsor’s was Assistant Director of the FSJ Pharmaceutical and Healthcare team, which specialised in the placement of insurances for the life science industry with particular expertise in the field of clinical trials.
